Man, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I don't know if we contracted the same thing, but I'm still dealing with complications from whatever it was that I got 5 weeks ago. It's been awful, but nothing like what you're dealing with. I have a feeling you've read this book, but a guy named David Hawkins wrote a book called Letting Go that is pretty much summarized by your essay here. I can't in any way validate the practice, but it has really worked for me.
After or along with your medical treatments under the supervision of your Healthcare provider, Michael. You may want to consider committing to an anti-inflammatory diet. As you may be aware. There are anti-inflammatory foods, herbs, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and amino acids that can help fight inflammation. I understand that certain people can't take certain supplements. And those who can should take those things seperate from their medications. Listed below is one link with some info I'm sure will benefit you Michael. Best wishes for your healing and recovery.
Hope you feel better soon! Sending you healthy thoughts. Your posts are always fascinating and fun with a unique perspective. I may even upgrade one of these days. Take care!
I had some potentially fatal health complications through my high school years and had to learn some of these lessons early on. It sucks, but having to deal with your own mortality is a good thing. Hope it all gets worked out soon so you can get back to life.
Well written. Sorry that it had to be from a hospital bed. Debbie went through the exact same thing about 4 months ago, so I totally understand what's going on, both physiologically and from a headspace angle. I assure you the doctors and nurses will be taking care of your physiological needs, and we and your family are here for anything else. Let us know what you need, and take care!!
Michael, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Thank you for sharing something so personal—it really impacted me. The way you reframed everything around what truly matters hit deeply, especially in this season of life for me. Just really grateful for your honesty and perspective. Sending you and your family so much love 🤍
Hope they get it sorted out soon. Sending good vibes. Take care !
Thanks Tamara!!! Appreciate it

You’ve had it worse than I have. Sending you good vibes.
Check out the link I sent Michael. I've heard several doctors say through the years that inflammation is a culprit involved in most if not all diseases. https://momwithaprep.com/how-do-you-treat-fluid-around-the-heart-naturally/ Well wishes.
