Great work, everyone. Michael, Abigayle, Rob, not surprised to hear such high quality coming from y’all.

As a father who was laid off a few weeks after we learned our firstborn was on the way, I can relate to this even if my own experience was different. There were silly things I’d focus on that weren’t relevant to being a soon-to-be dad or finding work, but they kept me from going crazy. Nearly 16 years later I still don’t have it all figured out but I have learned that it’s also ok to not have it all figured out.

❤️

Yeah, I just dived straight in and it was well worth it mate. That’s a great chord pattern - you know it’s good when you don’t want or need to interrupt it! Haunting and catchy is a good combo.

Fair play to you mate - as someone who swam in the corporate waters suckling on that steady just big enough for some fun salary for longer than was healthy… your older self will love you for the financial pinch you’ve taken on in the here and now. I drank my way through long stints of it in the final few years and lost it pretty much. It catches up. Mind you, not that Mastering.com is that mega corporate, but not necessarily yours… sick courses they do deliver too!

Top tune boss.

Nice work on this song! Love Abigayle's vocals! As a Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather, I would say that that kind of concern/worry never stops. (Sorry...) So learning to aptly react and respond is the best way forward.

Learned a long tome ago that fear can be your "jailer" or your "counsel" and you get to choose which one to listen to...

Sage advice as always Don… thank for you sharing and glad that you enjoyed the song!
